Sesame Buffalo Wings & Stir Fry Bowl Recipe
Classic buffalo sauce is great. Sesame Buffalo sauce is better. Our Sesame Buffalo – MEDIUM layers garlic, ginger, fresh orange, and Asian oils over that familiar buffalo heat — and it works on everything from wings to weeknight bowls. Here are two ways to use it.
Option A: Sesame Buffalo Wings
Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 3 tbsp Global Wok Sesame Buffalo – MEDIUM
- 1 tbsp baking powder, salt and pepper
- Celery sticks and blue cheese or ranch to serve
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with a wire rack.
- Pat wings dry, toss with baking powder, salt, and pepper.
- Bake 40–45 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy.
- Toss hot wings in Sesame Buffalo sauce and return to oven for 5 minutes.
- Serve with celery and your dipping sauce of choice.
Option B: Sesame Buffalo Stir Fry Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast or tofu, sliced
- 2 tbsp Global Wok Sesame Buffalo – MEDIUM
- 1 cup broccoli florets, 1 bell pepper sliced, 1 cup snap peas
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- Steamed rice to serve
Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
- Add protein and cook until golden, 4–5 minutes.
- Add vegetables and stir fry 3–4 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Add Sesame Buffalo sauce and toss to coat everything evenly.
- Serve over steamed rice, garnish with sesame seeds.
