We currently ship across India. At this time, international shipping is not available.

Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight. We may offer free shipping on select orders or promotions, which will be clearly mentioned on the website.

Estimated delivery time depends on your location. Orders delivered to metro cities typically arrive within 2–4 business days, while deliveries to non-metro or remote locations may take 4–7 business days. Delivery times may vary during festivals, sales events, or due to unforeseen courier delays.

All sauce products are securely sealed and carefully packed to prevent leakage and ensure freshness during transit. We follow proper hygiene and food-safety standards while packing every order.

If your order is delayed, lost in transit, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date with your order number. Our support team will investigate and assist you accordingly.

In case your package arrives damaged, leaked, or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by sharing clear photos of the product and packaging. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund as per our policy.
