At Global Wok, we want your passport to flavor to arrive quickly and safely.

Processing time: Orders are processed within [1–2] business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll get a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping rates: Orders over $40 ship free within the United States. Orders under $40 get calculated shipping rates at checkout.

Delivery times: Most U.S. orders arrive within [3–7] business days after shipping. Delivery times are estimates, and carrier delays can happen, especially around holidays.

Shipping area: We currently ship to [the United States only].

Damaged or lost packages: Our sauces are packed carefully, but if a bottle arrives damaged, email us at [your email] within [7] days of delivery with a photo, and we'll make it right. If tracking shows your package as delivered but you didn't receive it, check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then contact us.
