Urban Wok was introduced in October of 2018 as Fresh Casual Restaurant in Minneapolis, MN. It focused on customizable Stir Fry Bowls where a customer could choose from 20 Signature Sauces & Hot Sauces inspired from flavors around the world - Every one of them Gluten Free, Vegan, 100% Natural & made from scratch with love & passion everyday! This was our "LIQUID GOLD"! Hence, Global Wok is born!
