Ginger Teriyaki Salmon Recipe
Some sauces just belong on fish. Our Ginger Teriyaki – MILD was practically made for salmon — the fresh garlic, ginger, and agave nectar caramelize into a sticky, glossy glaze that turns a simple fillet into something you’d order at a restaurant. Ashley, one of our customers, said it best: “Superior to anything I’ve used from the grocery store.” Here’s how to make it in 20 minutes.
Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 3 tbsp Global Wok Ginger Teriyaki – MILD
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Steamed rice or stir-fried vegetables, to serve
Instructions
- Pat salmon fillets dry and season lightly with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear salmon skin-side up for 3–4 minutes until golden.
- Flip, brush generously with Ginger Teriyaki sauce, and cook another 3–4 minutes.
- Brush with another layer of sauce in the final minute for a caramelized glaze.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions. Serve over rice or vegetables.
