Ginger Teriyaki Salmon Recipe

Some sauces just belong on fish. Our Ginger Teriyaki – MILD was practically made for salmon — the fresh garlic, ginger, and agave nectar caramelize into a sticky, glossy glaze that turns a simple fillet into something you’d order at a restaurant. Ashley, one of our customers, said it best: “Superior to anything I’ve used from the grocery store.” Here’s how to make it in 20 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 3 tbsp Global Wok Ginger Teriyaki – MILD
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • Steamed rice or stir-fried vegetables, to serve

Instructions

  1. Pat salmon fillets dry and season lightly with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Sear salmon skin-side up for 3–4 minutes until golden.
  4. Flip, brush generously with Ginger Teriyaki sauce, and cook another 3–4 minutes.
  5. Brush with another layer of sauce in the final minute for a caramelized glaze.
  6. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions. Serve over rice or vegetables.
