Korean BBQ Chicken Wings Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken wings, split
- 3 tbsp Global Wok Korean BBQ – MEDIUM
- 1 tbsp baking powder (for crispiness)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sliced scallions and sesame seeds to garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with a wire rack.
- Pat wings dry, toss with baking powder, salt, and pepper.
- Arrange on rack and bake 40–45 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy.
- Transfer hot wings to a bowl and toss with Korean BBQ sauce until fully coated.
- Return to oven for 5 minutes to set the glaze.
- Garnish with scallions and sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
