Korean BBQ Chicken Wings Recipe

Forget everything you thought you knew about BBQ wings. Our Korean BBQ – MEDIUM brings gochujang heat, miso depth, and fresh tomato brightness to the party — and it clings to a crispy wing like it was born to be there. East meets West, and your game day spread will never be the same.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken wings, split
  • 3 tbsp Global Wok Korean BBQ – MEDIUM
  • 1 tbsp baking powder (for crispiness)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sliced scallions and sesame seeds to garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with a wire rack.
  2. Pat wings dry, toss with baking powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Arrange on rack and bake 40–45 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy.
  4. Transfer hot wings to a bowl and toss with Korean BBQ sauce until fully coated.
  5. Return to oven for 5 minutes to set the glaze.
  6. Garnish with scallions and sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
