Tuna Poke Bowl with Ginger Teriyaki Sauce

Ingredients

  • 8 oz sushi-grade ahi tuna, diced
  • 2 tbsp Global Wok Ginger Teriyaki – MILD
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 cup sushi rice, cooked
  • ½ avocado, sliced
  • ¼ cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp edamame
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds, sliced scallions to garnish

Instructions

  1. Toss diced tuna with Ginger Teriyaki sauce and sesame oil. Let marinate 10 minutes.
  2. Build your bowl: start with sushi rice as the base.
  3. Arrange tuna, avocado, cucumber, and edamame over the rice.
  4. Drizzle with extra Ginger Teriyaki sauce.
  5. Top with sesame seeds and scallions. Serve immediately.
