Tuna Poke Bowl with Ginger Teriyaki Sauce

Ingredients
- 8 oz sushi-grade ahi tuna, diced
- 2 tbsp Global Wok Ginger Teriyaki – MILD
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 cup sushi rice, cooked
- ½ avocado, sliced
- ¼ cucumber, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp edamame
- 1 tsp sesame seeds, sliced scallions to garnish
Instructions
- Toss diced tuna with Ginger Teriyaki sauce and sesame oil. Let marinate 10 minutes.
- Build your bowl: start with sushi rice as the base.
- Arrange tuna, avocado, cucumber, and edamame over the rice.
- Drizzle with extra Ginger Teriyaki sauce.
- Top with sesame seeds and scallions. Serve immediately.
