Ingredients

2 packs instant ramen noodles (discard seasoning) or 6 oz lo mein noodles
⅓ cup Global Wok Sesame Buffalo – Medium sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp honey or agave
2 soft-boiled jammy eggs (6-minute eggs)
3 scallions, thinly sliced
1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
1 tbsp crispy chili oil
¼ cup crispy shallots
Optional: shredded rotisserie chicken or crispy tofu

Prep & Cooking Instructions

1. Cook the noodles per package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water. Set aside.
2. Make the sauce — whisk together Global Wok Sesame Buffalo, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and honey in a bowl.
3. Toss the noodles in the sauce while still slightly warm. Coat every strand.
4. Plate in a deep bowl. Top with jammy egg (halved), scallions, sesame seeds, crispy shallots, and a drizzle of chili oil.
