Ingredients

WONTON CUPS:
1. 24 wonton wrappers
2. Cooking spray or neutral oil

SESAME SLAW FILLING:
1. 2 cups shredded purple cabbage
2. 1 cup shredded carrots
3. 2 green onions, thinly sliced
4. 1 tbsp sesame oil
5. 1 tbsp rice vinegar
6. 1 tsp soy sauce
7. 1 tsp honey
8. 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds

TO FINISH:
1. ⅓ cup Global Wok Ginger Teriyaki Sauce (plus more for drizzling)
2. Fresh cilantro leaves
3. Sliced green onion
4. Extra sesame seeds for garnish

Prep & Cooking Instructions

PREP:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly spray a mini muffin tin with cooking spray.
2. Form the cups — Press one wonton wrapper into each muffin cavity, gently pleating the edges to form a cup shape. Lightly spray the tops with oil.
3. Make the slaw — Toss cabbage, carrots, and green onions with sesame oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, honey, and sesame seeds. Set aside.

COOKING:
