Ingredients

1 large head cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
1/2 cup all-purpose flour (or gluten-free flour)
1/2 cup water
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup Global Wok Sesame Buffalo Sauce
1 tbsp sesame seeds
2 green onions, thinly sliced
Ranch or blue cheese dressing, for dipping

Prep & Cooking Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly grease.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until a smooth batter forms.
3. Toss cauliflower florets in the batter, letting any excess drip off, then arrange in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
4. Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
