**Prep Instructions**
1. Pat chicken wings dry with paper towels and separate into drumettes and flats if not already done
2. In a large bowl, toss wings with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated
3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat (375-400°F)
**Grilling Instructions**
1. Oil the grill grates to prevent sticking
2. Place wings on the grill in a single layer, not touching
3. Grill for 20-25 minutes, turning every 5-7 minutes, until wings are golden brown, crispy, and internal temperature reaches 165°F
4. Remove wings from grill and place in a large bowl
**Sauce & Finishing**
1. In a small bowl, mix Global Wok Sesame Buffalo Wing Sauce with melted butter (and honey if using)
2. Pour sauce over hot wings and toss until evenly coated
3. Transfer to a serving platter and sprinkle with sesame seeds and sliced green onions
4. Garnish with fresh cilantro if desired
5. Serve immediately with ranch or blue cheese dressing, celery and carrot sticks
