Ingredients

**For the Chicken:**
• 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
• 1/2 cup Global Wok Sesame Buffalo Wing Sauce (divided)
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• Salt and pepper to taste

**For the Salad:**
• 4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
• 2 cups shredded Napa cabbage
• 1 cup shredded purple cabbage
• 1 cup shredded carrots
• 1 red bell pepper, diced
• 1 cup edamame (shelled)
• 1/2 cup sliced cucumber
• 3 green onions, sliced
• 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

**For the Dressing:**
• 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
• 2 tablespoons soy sauce
• 2 tablespoons sesame oil
• 1 tablespoon honey
• 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• 2 tablespoons Global Wok Sesame Buffalo Wing Sauce

**For Garnish:**
• Sesame seeds (white or mixed)
• Crispy wonton strips or chow mein noodles
• Crushed peanuts or cashews
• Lime wedges

Prep & Cooking Instructions

**Prep Instructions:**
1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper
2. Chop romaine lettuce and shred Napa and purple cabbage
3. Shred carrots, dice red bell pepper, and slice cucumber
4. Slice green onions and chop fresh cilantro
5. If using frozen edamame, cook according to package directions and let cool

**For the Dressing:**
1. In a small bowl, whisk together rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, and honey
2. Add grated ginger and minced garlic
3. Stir in 2 tablespoons Global Wok Sesame Buffalo Wing Sauce
4. Whisk until well combined and set aside

**Cooking Instructions:**
1. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat
2. Brush chicken breasts with olive oil
3. Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 165°F
4. Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes
5. Slice chicken into strips
6. Toss sliced chicken with remaining 1/4 cup Global Wok Sesame Buffalo Wing Sauce until well coated

**Assembly Instructions:**
1. In a large bowl, combine romaine lettuce, Napa cabbage, purple cabbage, carrots, bell pepper, edamame, cucumber, green onions, and cilantro
2. Pour dressing over the salad and toss until everything is evenly coated
3. Divide salad among serving bowls
4. Top each bowl with sliced sesame buffalo chicken
5. Garnish with sesame seeds, crispy wonton strips, crushed peanuts, and lime wedges
